Refund Policy

At The Nifty Studio, we take great care in creating and packaging your order. However, if your product arrives damaged, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

• A refund request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  
• A complete unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts) is required as proof of damage.
  
• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind or personalised orders with no physical damage.
